If you're trying to use this on the car upholstery any blankets any furniture that is microfiber or indoor outdoor carpet that's not its intended use… This is for carpets or shags if you aren't seeing a result it's not the right fabric if you're seeing damage it's not the right fabric. I was skeptical about this products ability to collect pet hair, however after using it over and over so realized it definitely works. It pics up cat hair the best and dog hair as well. I use this on couches and other soft surfaces. Prior to buying this I used a regular lint roller. This works better than lint rollers. I would recommend this product to someone trying to keep dog hair or cat hair off of furniture or other soft surfaces

This is fantastic for taking dog hair out of car carpets and out of my pea coat

My husband couldn't use it enough. When it came in, he was so skeptical he immediately unwrapped it and starting pushing it across my area rug. Wasn't he surprised when it did exactly what it said it would. He was so absorbed in how well it was performing, although it was 11pm at night, he did the entire living room. All 3 couches, the area rug and all 3 cat trees we have in that room.

My dog and I both have thick, long, black hair. My carpets have always looked awful because of our hair. My vacuum always got clogged and broke after just a couple months of use.
This product is incredible because it gets every last bit of hair out of the carpet. You can see the clear difference in my photo of the carpet that was scraped and hasn't been scraped yet. My carpet looks brand new!! No more clogged and broken vacuums!
It is quite tedious to use and may give you hand cramps but it is absolutely worth the time and potential discomfort to have clean carpet and working vacuums.
Seriously, if you are thinking about buying it, just do it!

Dont buy it !! I used on my cat’s tower to remove the hairs. It will pull out the fabric from the tower. It does remove the hair but also the fabric.

I have two cats and two dogs, all of which are big on shedding. The cats like to use the guest room as their personal sleeping quarters, which is fine, but it means that there is generally a lot of hair on the bedding. I bought this because I heard great reviews I had seen all over the Internet, thinking it would be great in saving myself from having a washer and dryer full of fur when I went to wash the blankets. However, the first time I went to use it I swiped it perhaps twice before I felt it snag. I thought it was an anomaly, that I found a lost claw and it pulled it free from the blanket. However, it kept snagging, no matter how taunt I pulled the blanket. It caused a few small tears, which is fine since the blanket is not exactly expensive, but now I am afraid of trying it on anything else. I'm hoping it works in the car and keeps it from being a total waste of a purchase. Either way, I'm not as impressed as the rest of the online community.

I have an Australian Shep pup… I know a good vacuum should pull dog fur from everywhere, well, it doesn't. Periodically, aft buying a couple of these marvelous little shedders… I just sit on the floor, and run the little bar across an area. I will get my handheld vac nearby, because, I am shocked at the amount of fur this gadget piles up. I just do carpets, I think other fabrics would be pulled apart so NOT for clothes. But you will sure see the difference in your carpet.
