The overall functionality of this watch is perfectly fine, for the price. I got this watch to simply track workouts and steps and didn't really care about anything else. I feel like the step tracking was pretty accurate, but the workout tracking was pretty off. I do a lot of HIIT and weight training, and I know the caloric tracking was always way too low. But for less than 40 bucks, you can't expect apple watch quality 🤷🏼♀️
The Bluetooth connectivity was fine for text messages, but really inconsistent for phone calls. But again, I wasn't too concerned with those features, so that didn't bother me. The watch looks very similar to an apple watch, so that's nice. And it has enough of the basic features smart watches have. The interface is a little lacking. I find I do have to press something multiple times for it to register sometimes, but as I said, you get what you pay for.
Overall for the price, this is a great watch to use for the essentials. If you are wanting something that consistently tracks lifestyle habits or energy burn of any kind, don't come expecting too much.
