I bought the Uhale 10.1-inch digital photo frame and I love it. The screen quality is excellent; the photos look sharp and vibrant. I got this digital frame for my desk at work and let me.tell you, it's fantastic! The app is easy to use and anyone you allow can send pictures to it from anywhere! It has a lot of options and features j didn't even realize when I ordered it. You have an option to have a date/time/weather widget in the bottom corner, which I find super helpful. You can delete pictures from the frame itself without going into the app, and can choose a repeating or random display, the amount of time the pictures display and even set a timer/routine so you can easily program it to turn on and off during the hours you want. It also has an easy ontoff button on the back, so you don't have to unplug it just to turn it off. Have had several compliments on it as well as inquiries about where I got it.
Would make a great gift and am considering one for both grandma's in our family.

Super cool product. I managed to add photos using the usb cable from my laptop. Using a usb-c cable I couldn't download photos. Videos are not working due to format…perhaps need to read instructions to see what kind of videos format are working. Software simple , easy to work. You can download an app , that help you to add photos from mobile. I like you can set the time of running the media and auto turn off. is a simple digital frame.

This product is easy to setup and use. You can add photos, via phone using the uhale app, via the computer thru USB or by microSD card.
You can even set it to turn off and on at a specific time of the day.
Great for showing photos to your friends and visitors.

The photo import process is seamless—uploads from both the SD card and app are quick and easy. Photos look clean and sharp, videos look great.

However, we've encountered issues with importing videos. Despite trying multiple MP4 formats in various sizes and lengths, the videos wouldn't import from the SD card. We also attempted importing directly from PC, but that didn’t work either.

The only way we managed to import the video was through the app. Unfortunately, this method was frustrating as several attempts failed, but once successful, the video played fine on the device. Interestingly, the same video that played successfully… we exported it from the device and re-imported it via the SD card, also the PC, it wouldn't work. This seems to confirm that videos cannot be imported through an external SD card.

Additionally, videos appear squeezed due to the non-standard frame ratio.
